This path is designed to serve a construction professional that would like to pursue research in construction and graduate with a Thesis.

This path consists of 30 credit hours with 24 credit hour courses and 6 credit hour thesis.

The students will have an in-depth education in state of the art construction specializations including, sustainable construction and materials, hazard management construction, building information modeling, decision-making, and advanced productivity.

Important Note to CAMPUS STUDENTS: All CM graduate campus courses are online and operate within a 7-week duration.

This path consists of 36 credit hours, with 33 credit hour courses and a 3 credit hour research project.

It blends engineering, business, and construction management concepts together to produce a professional graduate who understands basic research methods and can manage higher level construction processes effectively and efficiently.

These CM courses do not follow the start and finish dates noted in the traditional 8-week calendars.

All campus students taking a CM graduate class need to be aware that the add/drop dates are based on the traditional 8-week campus calendar even though the actual class start and finish dates differ.

What do we see in design that is new and different—as far as eco-friendly goes? This can provide a unique insight on the field, as engineering is the sole of building. How can you overcome delays from a management standpoint—avoiding other backlash or repercussions that could result?

What ways are we affected negatively in terms of structure when it comes to going green? What strategies of construction management have been used throughout the ages? What can we draw on from the past to make a more successful future in the industry?
